Terms
Northwork is operated by Authority Systems Group LLC in Laramie, Wyoming. These terms cover this website. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement. Last updated September 2026.
Using this site
The pages here describe what I do and what I have done for clients. They are not an offer, a quote, or a contract. Nothing on this site creates a working relationship between us until we both agree to one in writing.
The free review
If I review your website, your Google listing, or how you appear against a competitor, that review is free and there is no obligation to hire me afterward. It is an opinion based on what I could see publicly at the time I looked. It is not an audit, a certification, or a guarantee that I found everything. If something in a review is wrong, tell me and I will correct it.
What I do not promise
No rankings. Nobody controls Google, and anyone who guarantees you a position is selling you something. I do not promise a number of leads, an amount of traffic, or a revenue outcome. What I commit to is the work described in an engagement, honest reporting of what changed, and telling you when something did not work.
Client work
Scope, price, term, and deliverables live in the written agreement for each engagement, not here. Three things are true of every engagement:
- You own the assets The domain, the Google accounts, and the listings are in your name from day one and stay yours. The site and its code sit in Northwork accounts during the engagement, and transfer to you on request, or when we stop working together, at no cost.
- Recurring fees are for recurring work You are not paying monthly to keep something already built. You are paying for the work done that month.
- No competing accounts I do not work with two direct competitors serving the same customers in the same market at the same time.
Work depends on you providing access, approvals, and factual information about your business in reasonable time. Where I need access to accounts you own, that access is used only for the agreed work and removed when the engagement ends.
