Website + search management for Greeley businesses
Greeley is the fastest growing market Northwork covers and the one where the least search work has been done.
Northwork manages the website and search side as one system. Every client gets a full website rebuild, included, with no separate build fee. You own the foundation, Northwork keeps managing it, and I do not work with a direct competitor in the same protected market.
Northwork covers Greeley from Laramie, a little over an hour northwest. Weld County has been adding households faster than anywhere else on the Front Range, and a household that arrived last year has no plumber, no roofer and no bookkeeper yet. Most of the businesses competing for those households are doing it from a single page.
New customers arriving and thin competition rarely turn up in the same market. Here they do.
Search management
Google Business Profile, on-page work, listings, technical cleanup, tracking, and monthly search work handled continuously instead of piecemeal. A written report every month shows what changed.
A website you actually own
Every Northwork client gets a full website rebuild and migration onto the Northwork stack. No separate build fee. The domain and the Google accounts are in your name from day one, and the site and its code transfer to you whenever you want them, or when we stop working together, at no cost.
No competing accounts
Northwork does not work for two direct competitors in the same market. If I take your company on, I do not take the account across town fighting for the same customer.
If Northwork represents your company in a protected Greeley category, I will not sell substantially similar website and search management to the direct competitor across town.
What this looks like in practice
“Making my old website look professional was difficult. Creating the content and layout was time-consuming. I decided to hire John to create a new website and help with SEO because he came highly recommended. My new website runs smoothly and is very professional looking. I no longer have to waste time with template based software.”
Vicki McGowan, Cents of Wyoming Bookkeeping, Laramie
“John is fantastic to work with! He is quick, knowledgeable and creative. He easily thinks outside the box and is always coming up with ways to help us stay on top. He is a very valuable asset! Worth having him look things over!”
Carson Shoop, Elevate Real Estate, Laramie
What was actually found and fixed, line by line, is on the homepage, and the bookkeeping audit has a page of its own.
Where the households are going
Greeley is the fastest growing market on the Front Range and the least contested online. Weld County added more than 49,000 residents since the 2020 census, a 15% increase, while Larimer County next door grew about 5%. In 2026 the Greeley metro passes Fort Collins in population. A large share of the households a service business would serve did not live here five years ago, and they have no plumber, no roofer, no bookkeeper yet.
What makes Greeley unusual is that the websites have not caught up. This is not a market of old sites. Plenty of them were built recently. But the common pattern is a single page with the services listed as a strip, no page for any individual service, and a list of eight or nine towns served buried in a footer or an FAQ.
A business covering nine towns ends up with one page of search surface, in the market where the most new households are arriving.
If your business is stronger than the version people find online, I'll take a look.
