Privacy
Northwork is operated by Authority Systems Group LLC in Laramie, Wyoming. This page covers what this website collects and what I do with it. Last updated September 2026.
What this site collects
Google Analytics 4, which records pages viewed, how long a visit lasted, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and whether someone tapped the phone number, the email address, or submitted the contact form. It sets cookies to do this. Google's own privacy policy covers what Google does with that data: policies.google.com/privacy.
The contact form, which collects your name, email address, business name, and optionally your website and a message. Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are emailed to me.
Server logs kept by Netlify as part of hosting, which include IP addresses.
Typefaces on this site are served by Google Fonts, which means Google receives a request from your browser when a page loads.
That is the whole list. There are no advertising networks, no tracking pixels from social platforms, no accounts, and no payments taken on this site.
Cookies
The only cookies set here are Google Analytics cookies. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are asked before any of them are set, and nothing is collected unless you choose to allow it.
What I do with it
Analytics tells me which pages people actually read so I know what to improve. Form submissions are used to reply to you and, if we end up working together, to do the work.
I do not sell your information, rent it, or share it with anyone for marketing. The only third parties involved are the ones named above, because they run the hosting, the analytics, and the fonts.
How long it is kept
Analytics data is retained for the period set in Google Analytics. Enquiries sent through the form are kept in my email for as long as they are useful, and I will delete a specific enquiry on request.
Client work
This page covers northworkco.com only. When I work on a client's website, that site's own privacy policy governs what it collects. As part of that work I hold access to accounts a client owns, such as Google Business Profile, Google Analytics, and Search Console. Those accounts belong to the client, and access is returned or removed when the engagement ends. Hosting runs in a Northwork account during the engagement and transfers to the client on request.
Your choices
You can decline analytics using the banner if one is shown to you, or block cookies in your browser. If you want to know what I hold about you, or want it deleted, email me and I will handle it.
