Northwork takes a small number of clients. Here is what being one of them looks like.

The roster is small on purpose

I run Northwork alone and I hold the roster at eight clients. That number is the whole model. It is why the rebuild is included, why your email gets answered the same day, and why I will not take your competitor down the street once your category is spoken for.

Week one: the rebuild

Once we start, I need a few things from you: your content and photos, your logins for the domain and hosting, and access to your listings: Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Facebook and the directories that matter.

Then I build. A full rebuild usually takes about a week. The pace is set by how fast you get me what I need, so if you're quick, I'm quick.

Your domain registration, your analytics, your Search Console, your Business Profile: those go in your name from the start, not mine with you as a guest. The site itself runs on Northwork hosting while I manage it, and transfers to you whenever you want it, at no cost.

Launch

The new site goes live, the old URLs redirect so nothing breaks, and your listings get corrected and standardized across every directory that has you wrong.

Every month after

The search work runs continuously, not in bursts when something breaks. On-page work, listings, technical cleanup, tracking, and Google Business Profile management. AI answers pull from the same sources Google does, your site, your profile, your listings, so the same work keeps you visible in both.

You also have someone to email. If something on the site needs changing, a price, a photo, a service you no longer offer, you tell me and it gets handled. You are not filing a ticket and waiting two weeks.

At the end of each month you get a report: what was done, what it moved, and what's planned next. It's written to be read, not to pad an invoice.

If you leave

The domain, the analytics, and the Google accounts are already in your name and stay that way. The site and its code come with you: I move them onto your hosting, or hand you the code to take wherever you want, at no cost and without being asked twice. Six months to start, then month to month with thirty days notice.
